As a crucial next step, we gathered quantitative primary data through online surveys, reaching a broader audience to validate key insights and assess industry needs.
Competitive benchmarking
Next we conducted a competitive benchmarking analysis to evaluate existing legal and audit automation solutions. This process helped identify industry standards, key features, gaps, and opportunities, ensuring both products offer a distinct and competitive advantage.

Flow diagram
I created a high-level Flow Diagram based on the Customer Journey Map by sketching and refining the general flow in Figma.

Defining navigation
I defined the navigation by analyzing best practices and chose a bottom-tabbed navigation to ensure easy access to key functions, enhancing comfort and one-handed usability.

Wireframing
I created a low-fidelity prototype which helped me identify usability issues and iteratively refine the design.
Figma file structure
A well-organized Figma file structure is essential for seamless collaboration, efficient design handoff, and maintaining clarity throughout the design process.
Simple page structure
To maintain simplicity and clearly separate"Ready for dev" and "WIP" stories, I structured the Figma file into two dedicated pages. Additionally, an "Archive" is used to store old ideas and references.
Branding
I decided to go with a simple and clean branding for the app, focusing on a minimalist design, a cohesive color palette, and modern typography to ensure a sleek and professional look.
Design system
I used a customized design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and a modern aesthetic. The system includes tailored components, typography, and color schemes optimized for an intuitive user experience. Additionally, I implemented variables and design tokens across the Figma project to maintain visual harmony, streamline updates, and enhance efficiency.
